WHY
- To educate the general public and dispel myths on the art of sword swallowing
- To honor veteran sword swallowers
- To raise awareness of the contributions sword swallowers have made in the fields of science and medicine
- To perform medical demonstrations for the medical community at hospitals and medical centers
- To raise donations for Esophageal Cancer Research and the Injured Sword Swallowers Relief Fund with donations matched by Ripley Entertainment
- To raise awareness that the 4000 year old ancient art of sword swallowing is still an exciting and viable entertainment art today!

Media is invited to witness this incredible visual forray!
At 1:45 to 2:15pm local time, sword swallowers will be making appearances, signing autographs, performing individual signature acts, or unveiling UNBELIEVABLE NEW STUNTS, some of which have NEVER BEEN WITNESSED BEFORE IN PUBLIC!
On 2/22/25 at precisely 2:22:25 pm local time, sword swallowers at each property will swallow swords in honor of veteran and fellow sword swallowers around the world!
Major media coverage in past years has included local, regional, national and international news media coverage such as CNN, BCC, Fox News and others.
CELEBRITIES
Local celebrities are invited to attend and remove a sword from a sword swallower's throat! Details to be kept secret until the day of the event.
